CRISIL has reaffirmed 'A1+' rating on the short-term bank facilities of Infotech Enterprises. The rating continues to reflect the group's diverse service portfolio, above-average operating efficiencies, and strong financial risk profile, marked by negligible debt and healthy liquidity.
These rating strengths are partially offset by customer concentration in the Infotech group's revenue profile, significant exposure to the aerospace segment, and modest scale of operations. Any large, debt-funded acquisition will remain a key rating sensitivity factor.
For arriving at its rating, CRISIL has combined the business and financial risk profiles of IEL and all of its wholly-owned subsidiaries. This is because the entities, together referred to herein as the Infotech group, are under common management and in related business.
Shares of the company declined Rs 8.75, or 2.61%, to trade at Rs 326. The total volume of shares traded was 818 at the BSE (1.48 p.m., Thursday).
